With EBNER Industrieofenbau since 1997.

I started my career at EBNER as an apprentice machine fitter. Once my apprenticeship was completed, I was hired and was able to train as an installation supervisor worldwide. In addition, I got further training as a master industrial machinist, an instructor for apprentices and I received the Business Venture certification. Describe your job in a single sentence:

I am the link to all departments in the EBNER Group and every day I have new tasks and responsibilities.

When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?

To my great colleagues and new challenges.

What was the most interesting experience you have had at EBNER?

My business trips to Asia and Russia, where I was able to get to know different cultures and work environments.

Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?

I am clearly motivated by the good working atmosphere in our department and, of course, by the fact that we face new challenges every day that we solve together.

What vision do you have for EBNER’s future? From your point of view, what are the greatest challenges the company will have to face over the next few years?

I think the EBNER Group will continue to expand and grow steadily over the next few years. The constantly fluctuating market for specific materials such as steel, aluminum and copper base metals is what I consider to be the biggest challenge. However, I am convinced that our teams around the world are well-equipped for this and can react flexibly to changes.

Do you have any special hobbies or interests?

I would say that my hobbies include anything that can be combined with nature. That includes cycling, fishing and via ferratas as well as working in my own garden.

Accept the challenge!
