Describe your job in a single sentence:

In my job, I deal daily with simple standard parts, details of CAD & PLM to server configuration with ensuring the availability of these systems (now on three continents), as well as working with all the people, departments and service companies involved without whom this would not be possible.

When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?

I look forward to my colleagues, a dynamic and varied working day, and all the problems solved in the end. 🙂

What was the most interesting experience you have had at EBNER?

There are actually a lot of them. Highlights include the go-live of Teamcenter, the interface to SAP with all its adjustments, but every upgrade is also a thrill.

Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?

Understanding complex systems, helping to optimize/adapt them, thus making systems more efficient overall and bringing users closer to the result.

What vision do you have for EBNER’s future? From your point of view, what are the greatest challenges the company will have to face over the next few years?

Climate change is making heat treatment based on renewable energies increasingly important, while the shortage of skilled workers and digitalization also bring challenges – but also great opportunities. And EBNER is already doing a lot in all these areas.

Do you have any special hobbies or interests?

When I’m not working, I like any sports that I have fun doing.I’m also a member of the volunteer fire department.

What advice would you give someone who wanted to apply for a job at EBNER?

If you are looking for a job with challenges where you can keep learning and growing, you will find the right environment and support at EBNER.
