Engineering Solutions for Industrial Plants
Strong engineering is the foundation of reliable, efficient, and future-ready industrial plants. At EBNER, we combine decades of technical expertise with practical implementation know-how to develop customized engineering solutions for demanding thermal and industrial processes.
From the first concept to detailed planning and manufacturing-ready documentation, our interdisciplinary teams support projects across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and SCADA systems. By closely linking engineering with in-house production, we ensure that ideas are transformed into practical, precise, and cost-effective solutions.
Our services cover everything from plant layouts, 3D design, piping planning, FEM calculations, electrical concepts, panel design, system modernization, automation solutions, visualization systems, digital twin-based virtual commissioning, and on-site commissioning.
With advanced engineering tools, a deep understanding of industrial standards, and many years of experience in complex plant environments, EBNER helps customers improve plant availability, operational stability, process reliability, and overall efficiency.
Whether you are planning a new facility, modernizing an existing system, or looking for a reliable development partner for specific engineering tasks, EBNER Engineering Solutions supports you with tailored expertise for your individual requirements.
Our engineering areas include the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
Customized mechanical and plant design, including concept development, detailed construction, simulations, layout planning, piping, documentation, and safety-related analyses. - Electrical Engineering
Electrical concepts, electric panel design and manufacturing, modernization of PLCs, drives, instrumentation and control technology, as well as concepts for integrating energy storage solutions. - Automation & SCADA
Automation systems, visualizations, virtual commissioning, and on-site commissioning for complex industrial plants using established platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Aveva, and others.
Fabrication & Manufacturing
EBNER offers high-quality manufacturing services worldwide for demanding industrial plants and components. The focus lies on heavy metal fabrication for components weighing up to 35–40 tons, as well as the processing of a wide range of materials such as steel, aluminum, high-alloy steels, and other alloys.
Modern production facilities in Europe, China, and the USA enable precise manufacturing, welding, cutting, machining, assembly, control cabinet construction, and lining work for various industries — including the semiconductor industry.
A strong focus is placed on high quality, reliability, and precision — from individual parts to series production. With modern control and measuring systems as well as certified processes according to EN ISO 3834-2 and ISO 9001, EBNER ensures the highest manufacturing standards.
Our manufacturing services:
- EBNER Manufacturing
Precise and material-saving manufacturing processes, including sheet metal foiling, multi-step cold forming, heat treatments, and intermediate annealing to optimize material properties. - EBNER Welding Technology
High-quality welding technologies such as plasma keyhole welding, submerged arc welding, gas-shielded welding, and robotic welding for efficient, flexible, and precise production processes. - Machining
Modern machining for large and complex components, including CNC turning and milling, drilling, face turning, flexible clamping systems, and keyway cutting.
Casting Services
At the EBNER Group, our casting solutions are built around flexibility, precision, and real industrial conditions. At the Casthouse (R)Evolution Center (CRC), we develop and produce customer-specific aluminum alloys exactly to your requirements. This allows new alloys and product ideas to be trialed, optimized, and validated on an industrial scale before series production, reducing both time and risk.
Our facilities combine advanced vertical and horizontal continuous casting technologies from Gautschi and HPI, providing you with a unique development environment. This includes high-quality billet and ingot production with excellent surface quality, low inclusion levels, and reproducible results, even for demanding, high-strength alloys.
In addition, we offer hands-on training for casthouse teams, enabling your specialists to gain practical experience in a safe, controlled setting without the pressure of production.
