Impellers play a critical role in the heat treatment process. As a key component of the furnace system, it ensures precise and homogeneous heat distribution by generating a uniform atmosphere circulation.
Operating reliably at extreme temperatures and high speeds demands advanced material quality, robust mechanical design, and precise dynamic balancing. These requirements are essential to ensure a long service life, stable operation, and consistent heat treatment results. They are designed for operation at speeds of up to 3600 rpm. With the largest impellers, measuring 1850 mm in diameter, approximately 85 cubic meters of air can be circulated per second, ensuring highly efficient airflow even in large furnace systems.
After assembly, each impeller is dynamically balanced to meet the highest standards of operational safety and performance.
